Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are made-to-order through Printify, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at julia@fadedfish.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printify to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method or ship a replacement item. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
